All sums quoted on this website are net of VAT which will be charged at the standard rate.

We will review your policies and procedures to see if your existing processes meet the required standard. If they do not, we will highlight the areas where you need to consider making changes. It is very rare that we ask you to make changes in what you do and how you do it. The changes normally required relate to new processes to manage the mangement system itself and you will get an excellant idea of how much management time you will need to invest before you start.

If you want to pull out at this stage you can, but most businesses won't.

Getting you Ready
Preparing the Documentation

Once you have decided that you want to proceed, we will prepare all of the documents you need.

We will do this with you so that the documents only reflect what you do and do not impose obligations that you cannot easily manage.

We will provide the manual, the policies and procedures and the pro forma documents you need to prove compliance with the standard.

Certification

If you opt for external certification by a UK Registered body, we will help you to find the one best suited to your needs and budget and help you through the initial audit

If you opt for certification by us, we will issue the initial certificate once we are happy that the management system has been implemented and then return up to six months later to confirm that you are operating the system successfully and in accordance with the standards. We will then return every year to carry out an audit to confirm continuing compliance.

If during these visits we find areas where you do not conform, we will advise you on what is required.

Consultancy Services

Whether you opt for external certification or certification by us, we will be able to provide on-going consultancy services throughout the year to help you manage and maintain your system.

The level of service will depend on your needs and can be tailored to fit your budget.

If you would like us to, we will conduct an audit at the end of each year, prior to any visit by the external certifier, to highlight any issues you need to address in order to be re-certified.
